Kim Farnham, has been working for EPA since 2000, and with the lead-based paint program since 2011.  She is the regional subject matter expert point-of-contact and program coordinator for implementation and enforcement program of the Disclosure Rule, Renovate, Repair, and Painting Rule (RRP), and the Lead-based Paint Activities Rule.  Ms. Farnham is responsible for compliance and enforcement, which involves evaluating and securing compliance with environmental laws and programs through self-assessments, audits, inspections, investigations, and enforcement and corrective action activities.
