A recent study done by Dale Carnegie in six countries showed that 71% of customers would rather buy from someone they trust rather than buy from someone who offers the lowest price. This is significant in that price is not the primary deciding factor; building trust with the client is.

Our speaker, Kevin McWhirter, has been in the sales industry for 32 years, has a B.S. in Marketing and Business Management, and is working on his Masters of Curriculum Training. Kevin has been with Dale Carnegie for four years.
