Karen has prepared an informative follow up to her presentation from 2018 that will expand upon the various federal labor laws that apply to the construction industry, the latest news pertaining to common violations within the construction and painting industry, record keeping, etc.  There will also be ample time for Q&A.

Karen Clark has been with the US Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division since 1997, beginning in Phoenix, Arizona as an investigator.
